4 Week Hip Mobility Series

In this series, we will explore the many range of movements of the hips, improving strength and mobility.

Meditation

4 WEEKS BEGINNER'S YOGA

Begin your Yoga journey in a safe, supportive space. This 4 week workshop/class session will give you the knowledge and confidence to begin a Yoga practice.

RISE & SHINE

This 60 Minute class combines stretching, standing yoga poses, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation to increase flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. A great way to begin your day!

EVENING YOGA FLOW

In this all levels class, yoga postures are used to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. 

MORNING 
STRETCH & FLOW

This all level class begins with a breath practice, then we do some active & passive stretching, some slow flow then back to the mat for relaxation.

GENTLE FLOW WITH CHRISTIE

This class is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice

BRO-GA

All guys/all levels yoga class!

Includes traditional yoga poses, as well as breath techniques aimed at increasing flexibility and relaxation.

SATURDAY MORNING YOGA FLOW

This class focuses on flowing from pose to pose while linking the movement with the breath. 

AFTER WORK STRETCH & FLOW

Unwind from your work day in this one hour class that will help you release tension in the body and mind.

YIN LOVE

Long, supported holds on the ground bring space and ease to the connective tissue of the hips, spine and pelvis.
