Sit or Stand in this all ages class with the option to use a chair to assist in various yoga poses.
Class Description
This all ages class is geared towards those - • who wish to improve the movement of the body in a safe and beneficial manner • who prefer a seated yoga practice • with arthritis or joint pain • who have physical conditions affecting mobility You can choose to use a chair and/or yoga mat, giving you the option to sit or stand during the various poses. The chair can be used as much or as little as you prefer and modifications will be taught in all poses. Miriam will guide you through this 1-hour practice starting with a warm up of the body and mindful breathing, followed by gentle stretches and ending with a cool down to quiet the mind and body.
